What you will do

• Build laser base assemblies and integrate components into final assemblies according to drawings and controlled documents.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and optical assembly, collimation, alignment, laser testing, and precision measurements.
• Use vacuum systems, manage ESD-sensitive components, terminate fiber optics, and clean parts and assemblies.
• Complete packing, electronic records, spreadsheets, and process-control documentation.
• Train other employees and support safety, quality, material-control, cleanliness, and workmanship standards.
• Recommend corrective and preventive measures, improve processing times, and work with engineering on new products.

Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level, technical certificate, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical or electronic manufacturing.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with varied and complex work, small components, test equipment, and electronic data recording.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, discipline, organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work within QMEHS requirements and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
