Mfg Tech (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, SGP; onsite cleanroom environment

What you will do

• Build, repair, and test electrical, electromechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Perform electromechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists.
• Receive and audit parts, inspect them for defects, and troubleshoot or improve manufacturing processes.
• Test assemblies with test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps.
• Complete job documentation, including progress, expense, labor, and data-entry records.
• Perform computer programming, equipment repair, or software installation when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of semiconductor or display experience, or comparable industry or military experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding cleanroom environment, including standing, lifting, climbing, bending, kneeling, and working in tight spaces.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and operate heavy machinery, including forklifts.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree, technical education, certification, or relevant training.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills using established procedures or scientific methods.
• ASSEET or BSEET qualification, including DeVry or TSTC training.
• Willingness to expand technical skills within analytical, scientific, or operational processes.
