What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital solutions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Map current business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements for operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Prepare BRDs, SRSs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Bridge business and development teams, support solution design discussions, and review functional specifications.
- Collaborate with QA during SIT/UAT, define test scenarios, and support users during testing.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide insights into insurance products, policy administration, claims, and underwriting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in insurance, banking, or finance.
- Strong ability to create structured and detailed technical documentation.
- Understanding of insurance or financial business processes.
- Proficiency with Confluence, MS Office, Figma, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills for working with international stakeholders; familiarity with Agile/Scrum is required.
