TL;DR

Location: Office based in Copenhagen. Must have current residency in Denmark with valid work and residency permits.

What you will do

  • Gather and document business requirements through meetings and workshops.
  • Analyze data and workflows to identify issues, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and the rollout of new features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support end-users during change processes with training and documentation.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Studies, Digital Management, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and system analysis.
  • Conceptual understanding of integrations, APIs, and system interactions.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) and a basic understanding of Danish.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of business processes within finance, insurance, or similar industries.
