Business Analyst 2

Location: Hybrid in Duluth, Georgia; 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year.

What you will do

• Identify key business requirements through interviews, end-user feedback, support content, and requirements meetings.
• Document business requirements, functionality, business rules, process models, and target-state application designs.
• Collaborate with Design to align final user interfaces with documented requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders, including Compliance, development, QA, marketing, and legal.
• Create and execute user acceptance test plans, partner with business stakeholders, and support QA testers.
• Maintain project status reporting, communicate updates, and escalate risks and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Experience communicating business methods, processes, requirements, and standards to multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Required experience with Jira and Confluence; moderate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Power BI, or SQL.
