Team Leader Outbound Large Pack (Logistics): Leading a warehouse logistics team responsible for packing large materials from ASML factories with an accent on safety, quality, delivery reliability, cost efficiency, and team development. Focus on solving operational bottlenecks, driving Lean and 5S+1 improvements, and coordinating logistics execution across teams and service providers.
Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; onsite support shift with a two-shift schedule

What you will do
- Lead, organize, inspire, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15 FTE in the Outbound Large Pack operation.
- Ensure safe, high-quality, cost-efficient logistics execution and reliable delivery performance.
- Set priorities, delegate tasks, resolve problems and bottlenecks, and report operational performance against targets.
- Organize supporting processes and infrastructure required for timely outbound packing and shipment activities.
- Initiate and lead organizational, process, and capability improvements, including Lean and 5S+1 initiatives.
- Collaborate with other Logistics Operations teams, departments, and Logistics Service Providers.
Requirements
- MBO+/HBO education in logistics, industrial engineering, or business engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leading position within warehouse logistics or a comparable logistics function.
- Knowledge of warehousing, supporting processes, SAP ECC/EWM, problem analysis, team development, and continuous process improvement.
- Strong people leadership, communication, collaboration, presentation, analytical, structured, and change-management skills.
- English and Dutch language skills are required.
- A certificate of conduct (VGB) and successful completion of Known Consignor training (Medewerker Luchtvracht) are required.
