What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Cleanroom Logistics operators to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage daily and tactical performance, defining and reporting SLAs to internal customers.
• Oversee people management tasks, including performance reviews, feedback, and HRM policy execution.
• Safeguard tool quality, completeness processes, and ensure strict adherence to safety policies.
• Initiate and implement process improvements in collaboration with engineers and other departments.
• Plan priorities and identify operational bottlenecks to ensure smooth logistics flow.

Requirements

• Education: MBO+ / HBO level in logistics or industrial/business engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role (hierarchical, coordinator, or functional).
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with frequent changes.
• Knowledge of warehousing and distribution processes (preferred).
• English: Excellent communication and writing skills required.
• Legal: Must be able to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
