Salary: €2,476 net per month + travel allowance and vacation bonus

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 20–50 employees within the logistics department.
• Ensure smooth execution of all operational processes while meeting quality and quantity standards.
• Coordinate and monitor daily operations, reporting to the Shift Lead or Workflow manager.
• Create staff deployment plans and monitor attendance, breaks, and working hours.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational and people-related topics.

Requirements

• Initial experience in leading/coordinating employees or strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong team orientation and ability to build trust within a team.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch.
