Team Leader Logistics

Location: Sevenum, Netherlands; onsite work in the logistics center

Salary: €2,476 net per month plus travel allowance and vacation bonus

What you will do

• Lead a logistics team of 20–50 employees.
• Coach, train, and motivate employees to support performance and development.
• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations and operational standards.
• Act as the main contact for operational and people-related topics.
• Create daily staff deployment plans and monitor attendance, breaks, and working hours.
• Collaborate with other Team Leads and report to the Shift Lead or Workflow.

Requirements

• Initial experience leading or coordinating employees, or strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong team orientation and understanding of people and operational processes.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills required.
• Open and honest communication style with the ability to build trust within a team.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills.
