Senior/Lead Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Helsinki, Finland, with a flexible hybrid working model and relocation support.

Salary: €5,300–€6,500/month for Senior Software Engineers and €6,200–€7,400/month for Lead Software Engineers. Higher compensation may be discussed for particularly senior profiles.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the technical architecture of the Supplier domain for scalability and reliability.
• Build cloud-native backend services, APIs, integrations, and data capabilities for supplier intelligence.
• Use AI agents and modern agentic coding tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, product management, and service design.
• Help redefine software development practices around specification-driven and agentic development.
• At Lead level, influence technical direction within the team and across teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of actively driving an AI engineering or agentic development transition within a team or organization.
• Solid experience building cloud-native applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong hands-on programming skills; .NET and C# experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills.
• Experience forming and communicating technical direction for agentic development.
• Product mindset, curiosity, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or other agentic development tools.
• GitHub links, open-source contributions, or passion projects.
