Location: Hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA (In-office collaboration Monday and Tuesday)

What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend services using C#.
• Develop and optimize high-volume ETL and data ingestion pipelines.
• Design, tune, and maintain complex Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Troubleshoot performance challenges across large-scale distributed systems.
• Investigate and resolve customer-facing production issues.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and automated testing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET backend development.
• 4+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience in production, including query optimization, partitioning, and resolving latch contention.
• Experience building high-volume data processing and ETL systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta, GA office.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
