Learning Service Coordinator – Learning Shared Services Asia

hirify.global operates a global Learning Shared Services organization supporting employee learning and development activities worldwide.

What you will do

• Coordinate and forecast technical, soft-skills, leadership, and other training courses in MyLearning using Cornerstone.
• Plan and organize virtual and classroom-based learning programs primarily for employees in Asia.
• Manage administrative processes for standard training courses and provide operational support to instructors and learning experts.
• Act as first-line support for employee questions related to MyLearning.
• Coordinate with Learning Shared Services leads, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers across Asia, Europe, and the US.
• Request and process supplier quotes and follow up on purchase requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources, administration, or project management.
• 2–3 years of experience in human resources, learning and development, or project management.
• Experience with MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.
• Professional Japanese and English communication skills in speaking and writing are required.
• Structured working style, flexibility, teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Cornerstone, Wrike, or ServiceNow.
• Korean or Mandarin language skills.
