Senior Learning System Specialist – Talent & Development (LMS)

What you will do

• Administer, optimize, and continuously improve the learning management system and related learning platforms.
• Identify and implement enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and new learning technologies while maintaining the LMS roadmap.
• Advise Talent & Development, course owners, and employees on course design, content deployment, and learning pathways.
• Manage online content sites, digital libraries, learning resources, user access, data integrity, compliance, and system performance.
• Generate learning reports and dashboards, analyze system data, and provide recommendations to Talent & Development leaders.
• Lead or support learning technology implementations, migrations, and optimization projects while coordinating IT, HRIS, vendors, and support operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing learning technologies such as LMS, LXP, content libraries, assessment platforms, or virtual learning tools.
• Experience with digital learning operations, system administration, reporting, user support, implementations, upgrades, integrations, or process redesign.
• Experience working with IT, course owners, and external vendors, including vendor governance and service performance management.
• Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business and learner needs into practical technology solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docebo, Coursera, or Harvard Business Review learning platforms.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
