Learning & Development Partner

Location: Hybrid, with at least two days per week in the office; focus on the Benelux organisation. Work from abroad is available for up to 10 days per year.

Salary: €6,000–€7,200 gross per month, plus a 10% OT bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Translate business priorities and capability needs into practical, scalable learning approaches.
• Design and lead learning initiatives from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation.
• Build capability roadmaps connected to organisational priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Advise stakeholders on instructional design, learning platforms, authoring tools and delivery methods.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, operational teams, facilitators and subject-matter experts.
• Manage external learning providers, budgets and tools while improving learning impact through data and feedback.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in learning-needs analysis and instructional design.
• Strong programme, project-management, stakeholder-management and business-partnering skills.
• Experience with digital, blended and workplace learning approaches, learning technologies, platforms and authoring tools.
• Experience delivering complex learning programmes across functions, countries or business units.
• Practical facilitation experience and the ability to adapt methods to different audiences.
• Professional working proficiency in Dutch and English at B2 level or higher.
