Learning and Development Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Design and evolve the 8-week Fellowship learning experience using data, feedback, and iterative pacing improvements.
• Build scalable learning architectures and modular content for regional tracks, client requirements, and future offerings.
• Partner with subject-matter experts, facilitators, and operations coordinators to create targeted learning pathways.
• Establish train-the-trainer curricula and delivery calibration standards across cohorts and locations.
• Coordinate staff secondments with Operations, business-unit leads, and People partners while minimizing disruption to delivery teams.
• Create continuous improvement loops and reporting rhythms to evaluate fellow progression, mentor impact, and programme quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing, piloting, and scaling structured learning programmes for technical or early-career talent in fast-growth environments.
• Understanding of global learning dynamics and the effect of cultural differences on facilitators, mentors, and learners.
• Modern instructional design skills, including experience with AI-assisted authoring tools or LXP creator platforms.
• Experience building train-the-trainer models and delivery standards across multiple locations.
• Experience designing secondment or mobility programmes, including backfill strategies, incentives, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, cross-functional relationships, feedback analysis, and emerging priorities.
