What you will do

• Market and promote assigned trauma products while meeting or exceeding territory sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key trauma surgeon customers.
• Develop product, surgical technique, and competitor knowledge through training, surgeon programs, surgeries, and industry research.
• Maintain consignment and loaner inventory and move loaner sets between accounts as needed.
• Create and update annual business plans, provide market feedback, and communicate product development opportunities.
• Attend sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows, while managing travel expenses within budget.

Requirements

• 2+ years of medical device sales or surgical-related products experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong understanding of skeletal and orthopedic anatomy.
• Ability to travel as necessary, including nights and weekends.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; manual dexterity is essential.

• Operating room experience.
