Clinical Specialist - Interventional Technologies (Cardiovascular)

Location: US MA Remote; regular domestic travel of 25–50% is expected.

What you will do

• Provide clinical case coverage, troubleshoot procedures, and support clinical outcomes for patients.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for product support, in-service education, and technical discussions.
• Meet physicians, nurses, lab technicians, administrators, and other healthcare customers to identify clinical needs and recommend product solutions.
• Coordinate local education and training programs, including procedural troubleshooting and staff education.
• Collaborate with sales management by sharing account information, competitive insights, opportunities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain productive relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers and support product inventory monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science.
• More than 5 years of experience as a nurse or in the medical-device industry with a strong clinical orientation.
• Experience with products used in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, vascular procedures, or cardiac surgery.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence varied clinical audiences.
• Analytical skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, and knowledge of the medical-device market and customer base.
• Ability to work regularly within a defined geographic territory and travel domestically 25–50%.

Nice to have

• Medical training as an RT, RCIS, surgical technologist, RN, NP, or first assistant.
• Experience in the cardiovascular space working with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, administrators, and clinical staff.
• Experience with vessel closure and clinical education or staff training.
