Principal Product Manager (AI Growth)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Base pay: $243,000–$328,500 per year, with potential bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own growth strategy and roadmap for a major QuickBooks product area across the customer lifecycle.
• Drive measurable outcomes including revenue, active use, conversion, and retention through North Star and operational KPIs.
• Develop an AI-first product strategy that reimagines end-to-end customer journeys.
• Lead high-velocity experimentation from discovery and hypothesis generation through A/B testing.
• Align engineering, design, data science, marketing, and senior leadership around target customers and growth strategy.
• Coach PMs and help build the growth function's operating model.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience focused on product-led growth, funnel optimization, or growth in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Experience owning offering- or segment-level strategy and delivering measurable outcomes across acquisition, activation, engagement, or retention.
• Deep expertise in experimentation, A/B testing, behavioral data, and funnel analytics.
• Experience applying AI/ML to personalization, predictive engagement, or AI-accelerated product discovery and delivery.
• Strong communication and influence skills with senior executives and cross-functional partners.
• Experience operating in ambiguity, building or scaling growth functions, and coaching others.
