VP, Product Management, Analytics Experience (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Base salary: $275,000–$325,000 per year, with potential eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and tradeoffs for an analytics experience in an AI-first environment.
• Own the end-to-end product experience, including onboarding, first-run experiences, analyst workflows, and usability.
• Drive product-led growth through improvements in activation, time-to-first-outcome, trial and POC success, competitive wins, new-logo acquisition, and expansion.
• Own portfolio commercial performance, including pricing, packaging, investment decisions, and revenue growth.
• Establish product instrumentation, success metrics, and evidence-based decision-making practices.
• Lead and mentor Directors and Product Managers while partnering with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Experience.

Requirements

• Significant senior-level product management leadership experience with responsibility for product teams and complex portfolios.
• Experience leading major product transformations in established operational businesses.
• Demonstrated results in new business growth, competitive wins, customer expansion, activation, or product adoption.
• Experience owning pricing, packaging, investment cases, revenue growth, or portfolio performance.
• Experience launching and managing production AI capabilities and distinguishing scalable applications from demonstration-only concepts.
• Strong executive presence, customer and market orientation, strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with governance, data lineage, explainability, regulated environments, and enterprise data platforms.
