Salary: $213,400 – $297,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop enterprise-grade AI solutions and agents that drive value for public sector customers.
• Define and execute product strategy in collaboration with executives and government stakeholders.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement definition to testing and launch.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product design, operations, and finance.
• Transform customized AI solutions into scalable software for industry-wide commercialization.
• Manage GenAI platforms specifically designed for national defense and controlled network environments.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience building ML-powered or enterprise-facing products.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their large-hirify.global applications.
• Must maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience building infrastructure and tooling for agentic applications.
• Background in startup environments building solutions for federal customers.
• Understanding of public/federal networks and deployment constraints.
• TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Coding experience in Python.
