General Manager - Burrow

Location: Full-time onsite role based in SoHo, New York; U.S. work authorization required

Compensation: On-target earnings of $90,000 base plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead high-touch client service across showroom, online, virtual consultation, email, phone, and chat channels.
• Own showroom sales targets and KPIs, developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Guide Design Experts and Showroom Associates through a client-first, consultative selling process.
• Build relationships with trade clients and local design professionals to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a collaborative, accountable showroom team.
• Manage CRM usage, staffing, scheduling, inventory, communications, daily operations, and visual standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales management, retail, or design services.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue goals while delivering high-level service.
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Suite, and Slack or similar internal communications tools.
• Willingness to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays, and ability to work onsite in SoHo.
