TL;DR
Senior Reporting Analyst (1st Shift) (Reporting and Analytics): Delivering recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, billing templates, and data-driven insights for client services teams with an accent on data accuracy, reporting automation, and stakeholder consulting. Focus on improving reporting governance, analyzing trends, optimizing workflows, and presenting recommendations while mentoring less experienced analysts.
Location: Megatower, Mandaluyong City, Philippines; hybrid setup with office attendance twice per month. Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM PHT.

What you will do
- Lead recurring client reporting in line with established service level agreements.
- Manage ad hoc reporting requests and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
- Create, maintain, and improve dashboards, templates, data visualizations, and reporting tools.
- Develop billing templates and support monthly billing reconciliation.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to client services and account leadership teams.
- Support reporting governance, data quality initiatives, workflow optimization, and analyst mentoring.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, workforce reporting, HR reporting, or recruitment reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting automation.
- Experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate with limited supervision.
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Power Query, VBA/Macros, Power BI, or other reporting and visualization tools.
- Experience supporting RPO, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or outsourced business services environments.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating previous reports, dashboards, or analytics projects.
