Operations Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in the Philippines, based at Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, 5th Avenue, BGC; onsite once a week as required. Typical working hours are 12:00 AM–9:00 AM, with start times varying from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

What you will do

• Create dashboards tracking Operations performance trends and progress toward company-wide goals.
• Provide analytical support for Operations leadership and team-wide projects, including implementation planning and outcome measurement.
• Use quantitative analysis to identify strategic operational improvements and turn insights into action.
• Monitor function-level output, error rates, SLA attainment, and other key performance measures.
• Partner with customer-facing staff, people managers, and senior leadership to communicate recommendations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in analytics roles.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, aggregating, and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience building scalable dashboards or reporting frameworks and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Sigma.
• Experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse, including working directly with raw production tables.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience; experience with data quality, instrumentation, and governance.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in fintech or regulated financial services, especially payments, lending, or digital banking.
• Exposure to dbt or other SQL-based data transformation and modeling tools.
