Investment Data Analyst (Private Markets)

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance private markets datasets used for investor research, due diligence, and fundraising.
• Manage recurring data operations while meeting quality, timeliness, and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams across global time zones to support reliable data flows from asset managers to investors.
• Identify process gaps, reduce errors, strengthen controls, and improve processing speed.
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis and cross-functional projects supporting innovation in private markets solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in data operations, data management, or a related role; relevant internship experience may be considered for fresh graduates.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, formatting, multitasking, and ownership.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and macros.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required for collaboration across global teams.

Nice to have

• Progress toward or completion of CFA, CAIA, CFA Investment Foundations, or a similar certification.
• Familiarity with SQL or other database and query tools.
• Knowledge of private markets concepts such as IRR, NAV, and fund structures.
