What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and manage reports, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
• Perform and document data analysis, validation, mapping, and design activities.
• Build new reports, modify existing reports, and maintain ITSM dashboards.
• Develop database queries, conduct unit tests, troubleshoot dashboard issues, and review existing systems.
• Collaborate with support teams and end users to gather reporting requirements and automate reporting.
• Prioritize, plan, and execute multiple reporting projects for different stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of applicable experience in a similar role, reporting, or data analysis.
• 1–2 years of experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information accurately.
• At least 2 years of experience using business intelligence reporting tools.
• Experience working in an ITIL-driven organization.
• Proficiency with query and reporting analysis tools, including Tableau, Crystal Reports, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong written and oral communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and technical aptitude skills.
