Growth Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in New York, Denver, San Francisco, or remote within the United States

Salary: $115,000–$280,000 annually, plus equity

hirify.global is a Series B fintech and climate technology startup rebuilding financial infrastructure for American family-run businesses, including accounting, banking, and spending tools.

What you will do

• Own the systems behind growth surfaces, including landing pages, activation flows, checkout, experiment infrastructure, and operator-facing controls.
• Run and instrument experiments across marketing, sales, activation, and retention, reporting on their results.
• Build standalone growth surfaces and scalable systems such as personalized landing pages and AI-powered lifecycle marketing tools.
• Partner with growth, marketing, sales, product operations, and customer success to improve business outcomes and experiment velocity.
• Develop customer insight by joining discovery calls and feedback sessions with agricultural producers.
• Contribute to engineering meetings, code reviews, hiring, and team growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience shipping high-quality web applications, including at least 2 years working on growth problems.
• Strong experimental thinking and the ability to define measurable outcomes before writing code.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and independently removing organizational or technical blockers.
• Product and design sense, including customer empathy, lightweight copywriting, and judgment around marketing and activation flows.
• Ability to keep up with AI tooling and assess its practical application.
• Interest in building software that makes agriculture and other real-economy industries more sustainable and profitable.

Nice to have

• Experience in agriculture.
• Experience building financial products.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, React Native, Next.js, or a headless CMS such as Sanity.
