What you will do

• Provide technical support for infrastructure services and respond to infrastructure issues and incidents.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to maintain reliability and performance.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects, assignments, and service improvements.
• Analyze infrastructure technology challenges and apply technical knowledge to resolve them.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and configuration records.
• Follow established best practices and standards for infrastructure service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical infrastructure knowledge.
• Continuous learning and awareness of industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
