Network and Systems Engineer (IT Infrastructure): Designing, securing, and maintaining network systems, servers, cloud platforms, and end-user environments for architectural and engineering workflows with an accent on system availability, cybersecurity, and scalable infrastructure. Focus on troubleshooting complex outages, implementing disaster recovery, managing vendors and budgets, and integrating cloud and collaboration platforms.
Location: Onsite in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States. Employment eligibility verification is required for all hires.

What you will do
- Design, implement, maintain, monitor, and secure networks, servers, cloud platforms, endpoints, telecommunications, and related IT systems.
- Administer cloud services, email platforms, collaboration tools, software, policies, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
- Analyze organizational needs and recommend scalable technical solutions while collaborating with leadership on system requirements and technology adoption.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, security practices, licensing compliance, and infrastructure improvements.
- Manage IT budgets, purchasing, cost optimization, vendors, consultants, and service provider relationships.
- Provide on-call outage response, troubleshooting, technical support, staff training, and occasional website maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 7–10 years of experience in network and systems administration, preferably in a multi-office environment.
- Extensive experience with networks, servers, cloud environments, and IT infrastructure security.
- Strong cybersecurity knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SharePoint and cloud-based collaboration or file-sharing platforms.
- Experience supporting architectural or engineering environments.
- Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
- Experience training and supporting end users in technical environments.
