NOC Analyst

Location: Cebu, Philippines

hirify.global's IT organization operates network operations, infrastructure monitoring, cloud support, and escalation processes.

What you will do

• Monitor network, application, cloud, server, AI, and infrastructure health using NOC monitoring platforms.
• Report alarms, manage service desk requests, open and close tickets, and escalate incidents to the appropriate teams.
• Perform basic analysis and troubleshooting of routers, switches, servers, production networks, and connected devices.
• Maintain AWS/Azure infrastructure, SFTP environments, backup environments, and related administrative functions.
• Document incidents, changes, problems, customer QoS and RFC events, daily shift logs, and operational reports.
• Coordinate issue resolution with IT teams, clients, vendors, and management through email, phone calls, and incident bridges.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Studies, or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of Network Operations Center experience or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of networking, servers, cloud systems, system administration, and Linux CLI.
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Pingdom, and Honeycomb.
• Knowledge of NOC management tools including Jira, Confluence, OpsGenie/JSM, and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with US and UK accents and availability for rotational 24/7 shifts, including weekends, are required.

Nice to have

• AWS or Azure certifications.
• Cisco CCNA or Microsoft MCP certification.
• Knowledge of GlobalScape SFTP and NetBackup environments.
