Claim Associate - Auto - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid position based in Richardson, Texas, with regular in-office work and increased office attendance during training

Salary: $47,856.25–$51,703.75 annually, plus potential yearly incentive pay of up to 9% of base salary

What you will do

• Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Support customers through personalized, caring, and straightforward interactions.
• Proactively investigate auto insurance claims.
• Apply policy coverage to claim situations.
• Accurately document claim files.

• Successful completion of required training, applicable proficiency and licensing exams, and background checks.
