Claims Specialist (Auto Insurance)

Location: Tucson, Arizona, United States; 80% on-site and 20% off-site after completing in-office training

Salary: $20.84 per hour, equivalent to $41,992.60 annually, with additional differentials of 10% for evening shifts and 20% for weekends

What you will do

• Manage incoming customer calls and provide empathetic support during the claims process.
• Collect accident facts and statements from involved parties.
• Investigate claim details and explain coverage and next steps to policyholders.
• Resolve customer concerns and support positive claims experiences.
• Help customers safely return to the road.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, empathy, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt, prioritize, multitask across platforms, and maintain attention to detail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-facing claims experience, high-volume call-center experience with KPIs, and an active adjuster license are preferred.
