What you will do

• Manage CBO budgets, including AI-specific costs and ROI, ensuring alignment with the Long Range Plan (LRP) and financial models.
• Lead budget allocation recommendations and scenario modeling to provide data-driven alternatives for strategic planning.
• Architect multi-year financial projections and Annual Planning inputs in collaboration with strategic stakeholders.
• Drive high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives using industry-standard program management frameworks.
• Optimize operational infrastructure by evaluating and implementing AI tools and automated workflows to scale efficiency.
• Lead change management and organizational agility, building mitigation strategies to navigate risks and blockers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Strategic Finance, or Strategy Consulting in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and driving complex annual planning processes.
• Expertise in architecting and steering large-scale, cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to synthesize complex financial narratives for C-suite leadership.
• High autonomy and the ability to handle sensitive company and financial data with absolute confidentiality.
• Must be based in the United States.
