Senior Risk Strategy Program Manager - Marketplace (AI)

What you will do

• Build, implement, and continuously improve the risk management system for the cross-border e-commerce business.
• Establish transaction risk controls, merchant risk management mechanisms, and settlement risk control frameworks.
• Analyze regulatory policies and industry compliance requirements, adapting risk strategies to merchant operations, settlement cycles, and order fulfilment.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and resolve transaction fraud, sham transactions, non-compliant operations, fund risk, compliance risk, and account risk.
• Maintain risk ledgers and monitoring mechanisms, and prepare risk analysis, review, and post-mortem reports.
• Collaborate with business, operations, procurement, technology, and settlement teams to define tiered risk standards and control rules.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk strategy, fraud prevention, trust and safety, marketplace risk, or decision systems.
• Strong understanding of marketplace or platform ecosystems.
• Experience designing risk decision systems, rule engines, or enforcement logic.
• Familiarity with ML and AI concepts and their application in risk systems.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL or BI tools and large-scale data analysis.
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams, with strong systems thinking and trade-off management skills.
