Strategy & Programs Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom, with time in the Shoreditch office and work-from-home days.

What you will do

• Lead time-boxed, outcome-driven programs with functional leaders, managing scope, milestones, risks, issues, and quality.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable plans, OKRs, quarterly plans, and measurable actions.
• Support annual strategy refreshes, quarterly business reviews, and the company-wide strategic planning process.
• Define metrics, build dashboards, and develop telemetry that gives leadership a real-time view of progress.
• Identify operational pain points through stakeholder feedback, health metrics, and competitive intelligence, then turn insights into structured programs.
• Drive alignment across Delivery, Product, Research, and Operations while communicating progress, measuring ROI, and embedding durable improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in strategic operations, program management, consulting, or product operations within a fast-growing technology environment.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into clear plans and drive execution through completion.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including leading syncs and preparing concise updates.
• Experience managing stakeholders and influencing across functions without direct authority.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to define key metrics, build dashboards, and interpret trends.
• Self-direction, sound judgment, discretion, and a focus on building systems that work without ongoing dependence on the role.

Nice to have

• Experience in deep tech, AI-enabled engineering, simulation, or scientific R&D.
• Experience designing change-management or strategy-communication frameworks.
