What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery and execution of enterprise and sovereign AI programs in the UK across design, build, deployment, and operations.
• Develop and manage program plans, governance, and cross-functional coordination to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments.
• Act as primary program lead for strategic customers, translating requirements into executable plans and SOWs with cross-functional teams.
• Drive program performance by managing risks, protecting revenue, and tracking KPI-driven results.
• Support UK and EMEA growth by enabling scalable delivery and partnering with regional leadership on proposals and go-to-market efforts.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration as the Voice of the Customer, resolving escalations and managing senior stakeholder relationships (including government partners).

Requirements

• Location: must be based in the UK
• 10+ years of experience leading complex, customer-facing technology programs.
• Proven success delivering enterprise programs across the full lifecycle.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently in a global, matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI, HPC, or data center infrastructure programs in the UK.
• Familiarity with UK AI policy, data sovereignty requirements, and public-sector procurement.
• Experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise or comparable AI/ML platforms.
• Background managing hardware and software integration programs.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
