Program Manager AI Enablement

Location: United States. Sessions are delivered across Prague and US time zones.

What you will do

• Build and maintain a tiered AI curriculum covering foundational AI literacy and role-specific tracks for engineering, CX, operations, and analytics.
• Schedule and run recurring cohorts and workshops, managing enrollment, logistics, learning materials, and follow-up.
• Drive AI adoption by establishing embedded AI champion networks across departments.
• Maintain the catalog of approved AI tools and learning sandboxes, helping employees access and use them.
• Partner with Security, Legal, Platform, and department leads to identify use cases and incorporate practical responsible-use guidance.
• Track enrollment, completion, active tool usage, and reported productivity, and present progress to leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, enablement, learning and development, or cross-functional programs.
• Experience building or running learning programs, technical training, developer relations, or sales/CX enablement.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools, LLMs, AI assistants, and prompting.
• Ability to work across Engineering, CX, Operations, Product, Finance, and People teams.
• Strong organizational and measurement skills, including managing calendars, enrollment, content, follow-through, and program metrics.
• Project management training.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or ecommerce.
• Familiarity with responsible AI use and data-privacy fundamentals.
