AI Software Engineering Manager

Location: US - OR, Lake Oswego

Salary: $144,600–$198,800 per year, with bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead a technical engineering team modernizing and enhancing multiple ERP systems.
• Define the architecture for integrating AI and machine learning into ERP business logic and financial workflows.
• Deploy agentic AI frameworks, RAG patterns, and LLM-driven automation in production environments.
• Design robust C# and .NET backend services, APIs, ETL processes, and enterprise integrations.
• Optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and legacy database schemas while maintaining data integrity and system stability.
• Mentor multidisciplinary engineers and collaborate with integration teams on reliable, user-friendly solutions.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of enterprise software development experience focused on ERP architecture, business logic, and financial modules.
• Expert knowledge of ERP architectures, accounting workflows, and large-scale enterprise planning implementations.
• Strong C# and .NET Framework/Core experience building scalable backend services.
• Expert-level SQL Server skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, and legacy schema management.
• Experience with API development, ETL processes, data integrity, and interconnected enterprise platforms.
• Proven technical leadership and team management experience.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions in cloud environments, particularly Azure.
• Background with ERP product suites or construction-industry accounting and project management software.
• Experience collaborating with integration engineers on deployment and response quality.
