RPM Supervisor

Location: Bulgari Resort Ranfushi, Maldives

What you will do

• Supervise RPM-related maintenance work, including installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, calibration, and equipment replacement recommendations.
• Inspect tools, appliances, machinery, gauges, meters, shut-off valves, and other facility systems.
• Manage parts, supplies, inventory records, and purchase order logs.
• Complete life-safety checks, including fire-pump and generator tests, and inspect sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Respond to guest repair requests and support disaster response protocol development.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, coaching, and supervision of maintenance employees.

Requirements

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to use computers for work-related information and operate a power lift.
• Ability to perform physical maintenance duties, including lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
