Landscaping Manager

Location: Bulgari Resort Ranfushi, Maldives

What you will do

• Maintain resort grounds and keep golf course turf in playing condition.
• Plan and prioritize fertilizing, irrigating, seeding, mowing, raking, spraying, pruning, weed control, and pest and disease control.
• Evaluate and implement landscaping technologies, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate work projects with the Director of Grounds and Director of Golf.
• Monitor contractors, equipment maintenance, inventories, records, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Support guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean, healthy, and attractive golf course environment.

Requirements

• Two-year degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related major plus two years of relevant landscaping or grounds experience; or a four-year bachelor's degree in a related field with no experience required.
• Knowledge of lawn care, irrigation, horticulture, pruning, weed control, pest and disease control, and golf course maintenance.
• Ability to analyze information, evaluate results, choose solutions, and solve operational problems.
• Ability to maintain accurate logs and records and communicate with supervisors and coworkers by telephone, email, in writing, or in person.
