Maintenance Systems Coordinator (CMMS)

Location: On-site in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States; supports facilities in Hebron, Kentucky, and North Las Vegas, Nevada

What you will do

• Administer and continuously improve the MaintainX computerized maintenance management system across three U.S. warehouse facilities.
• Maintain asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, user access, naming standards, task templates, and parts lists.
• Audit maintenance data, completion rates, preventive maintenance compliance, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR, and develop operational reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Facilities Managers, technicians, vendors, and engineering during asset onboarding, site launches, retrofits, and equipment commissioning.
• Manage maintenance records, regulatory inspection and utilities documentation, spare-parts inventory, project trackers, and purchases of tools and project materials.
• Monitor equipment alarms and faults remotely and coordinate solutions with RME leadership and Facilities Management.

Requirements

• Highly organized, systems-minded approach to maintenance operations and data quality.
• Experience or capability in CMMS administration, preventive maintenance scheduling, reporting, and workflow standardization.
• Ability to collaborate with maintenance, facilities, engineering, vendors, and technicians across multiple sites.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, manage spare-parts inventory, and coordinate purchasing activities.
• Interest in industrial automation, controls systems, equipment monitoring, and reliability practices.
