HVAC Supervisor

Location: Bulgari Resort Ranfushi, Maldives

What you will do

• Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and controls calibration.
• Identify and operate shut-off valves, maintain tools and equipment, and order, mark, and stock parts and supplies.
• Maintain inventory and purchase-order logs and enter work-related information using computers.
• Complete life-safety checks, including fire-pump and generator tests, and inspect sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Respond to guest repair requests and support the development of disaster-response protocols.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, coaching, and motivation of maintenance employees.

Requirements

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform physical maintenance duties, including lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Ability to follow safety, security, quality, and confidentiality policies and communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
