What you will do

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and reporting.
• Coordinate with global Accounting, Tax, and FP&A teams to support accurate and timely monthly close processes.
• Manage the administration, upgrades, security access, and reporting functionality of D365, SAP, Sage 500, and OneStream systems.
• Maintain financial reporting hierarchies, charts of accounts, standard reports, and onboarding training materials.
• Lead special projects, including ledger implementation and add-on tool deployments within D365 and OneStream.
• Support earnings releases, investor materials, SEC filings, ad hoc analysis, internal stakeholders, and external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidations, or corporate accounting, including 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate large data sets.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, collaboration, organization, and deadline-management skills.
• Sage 500, OneStream, or D365 experience is preferred; CPA certification is preferred.
