Consolidations Manager

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $94,342–$144,631 base salary annually, plus eligibility for variable cash programs and, for eligible roles, equity.

What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation for domestic and international subsidiaries.
• Review entity reporting packages and consolidated financial results for accuracy, completeness, U.S. GAAP compliance, and timely reporting.
• Prepare and review consolidation entries, including intercompany eliminations, intercompany profit in inventory, and foreign currency translation or remeasurement.
• Investigate and resolve intercompany imbalances, consolidation differences, and reporting errors.
• Support SEC reporting, including footnote support and statements of cash flows, as well as internal and external audits.
• Improve close and consolidation processes, support acquired-entity integrations, and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably including consolidations and financial reporting in a complex multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 810 consolidation principles, ASC 830 foreign currency requirements, and financial statement presentation.
• Proficiency with consolidation systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, or Tagetik.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, and deadline-management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with Tagetik.
