SEC Reporting Manager

What you will do

• Oversee and review consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures for Form 10-Q and Form 10-K filings.
• Review tie-out procedures supporting MD&A, footnotes, press releases, and other external reporting.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Benefits, Legal, and Investor Relations on reporting deliverables, including Form 8-K and Form-SD filings.
• Plan, oversee, and review XBRL filings and maintain reporting processes and controls supporting SOX 404 compliance.
• Research accounting issues, new accounting pronouncements, and SEC requirements, and support related implementation projects.
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate financial reporting staff while identifying process improvements and succession opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate financial reporting or a related function.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm or at a US publicly traded company.
• Experience with US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX internal controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent international certification required.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Group Reporting and SAP S/4.
• Experience with Workiva, AuditBoard, BlackLine, and Microsoft Office Suite.
