Kitchen and Laundry Supervisor

Location: Bulgari Resort Ranfushi, Maldives

What you will do

• Supervise maintenance and repair work for kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Install equipment, perform preventive maintenance, calibrate controls and gauges, and recommend replacements.
• Manage parts, supplies, inventory, and purchase order records.
• Complete fire-pump and generator tests and inspect sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Respond to guest repair requests and support disaster-response protocol development.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, coaching, and motivation of employees.

Requirements

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to use computers for work-related information and operate a power lift.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to follow safety, security, quality, and confidentiality standards.
