What you will do
- Lead and supervise daily production team activities according to procedures and SOPs.
- Coordinate production orders to ensure on-time, complete delivery that meets quality standards.
- Manage workforce performance, discipline, training, and workplace cleanliness.
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, inventory accuracy, and SAP production transactions.
- Maintain GMP standards, asset care, and production-area housekeeping.
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) with a GPA above 2.75.
- At least 2 years of production experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Good command of English.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to work.
