(Senior) Account Executive (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sales of company products and services.
• Implement sales strategies to meet volume, product mix, and profit objectives.
• Engage prospective customers, deliver sales presentations, and provide product information and demonstrations.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and assess market potential within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical, market access, customer service, and operations to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Listen to customer needs, provide timely feedback, and develop customer advocacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a sales function.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities, analyze data, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Good organization and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing customer needs.
• Consistent track record of sales performance and solid external expert management skills.

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
