Associate Account Manager (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sales and implement strategies for sales volume, product mix, and profitability.
• Identify prospective customers, deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, and provide technical and administrative product information.
• Work with the Key Account Manager on customer pricing and quotations.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and assess market potential within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical, market access, customer service, and operations to support customer satisfaction.
• Listen to customer needs and provide timely feedback with limited supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a sales function.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities, analyze and interpret data, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Good organization and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing customer needs.
• Proven consistency in sales performance and solid external expert management and customer advocacy skills.

• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry.
