Analyst, Channel Operations Model N - (Temporary 11-months) (Model N and commercial operations): Supporting daily channel operations and the migration and stabilization of Model N across medical and hospital products with an accent on data validation, UAT, issue resolution, and service-level compliance. Focus on resolving chargebacks and operational exceptions, validating system outputs, maintaining process documentation, and coordinating with Sales, IT, Contracts Management, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.

What you will do
- Process daily and monthly operational activities according to the established calendar and service-level agreements.
- Support the Model N migration and stabilization, including UAT, data validation, defect tracking, hypercare, and post-go-live activities.
- Partner with IT, Sales, Contracts Management, Customer Service, Customer Master, Supply Chain, and Channel Operations stakeholders to identify gaps and escalate risks.
- Use Model N, Excel, JDEdwards, Cognos, Outlook, and SharePoint to resolve requests and operational issues.
- Resolve traces, chargebacks, cross-reference errors, PCN errors, and other operational exceptions, including weekly and monthly uploads.
- Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, and process documentation while providing customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Model N is required, including system navigation, data validation, and operational issue resolution.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Finance Operations, Contract Operations, Pricing, Chargebacks, Accounts Receivable, or related processes.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, customer focus, collaboration, and teamwork.
Nice to have
- Experience with system migrations, UAT, hypercare, post-go-live stabilization, or process transition.
- Experience with AS400 and ERP systems such as JDE Oracle.
- Finance, commercial operations, or contract operations competencies.
