TL;DR
Interactive Response Technology Implementation Analyst (Clinical Supply Chain/IRT): Supporting the configuration, testing, and delivery of Interactive Response Technology systems for global clinical trials with an accent on requirements elicitation, study builds, and quality-focused implementation. Focus on designing and configuring study systems, executing UAT test plans, resolving implementation issues, and coordinating activities across multiple studies and global time zones.
Location: Hybrid, based onsite at the San Jose, Costa Rica site; role based in Costa Rica

What you will do
- Support IRT configuration, testing, and delivery plans for new and amended clinical studies.
- Elicit and document system requirements in partnership with study teams and supply chain personnel.
- Support the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing plans.
- Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, prepare IRT supporting documents, and deliver investigator meeting slides.
- Help resolve study implementation issues and provide guidance on resupply settings and system amendments after go-live.
- Participate in quality investigations, CAPA commitments, SOP activities, process improvements, and regulatory inspection support.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, life science, or business; biopharma-related education is desired.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in pharma or biotech and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
- Strong technical and analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, collaboration, and business partnership skills.
- Comfort working with global teams, partners, and customers in a change-agile environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement onsite at the San Jose, Costa Rica site.

- Clinical supply chain, project management, business analysis, or continuous improvement experience.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
