What you will do
- Support production ramp schedules through process qualification, productivity improvements, and new tool releases.
- Establish standard operating procedures, control action plans, and FMEA for etch-related processes.
- Optimize and maintain process performance using SPC and DOE.
- Drive process stability, continuous improvement plans, and performance-index improvements.
- Align best-known methods with other regions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Lead a small team and provide process training to Associate Engineers and Senior Associate Engineers.
Requirements
- Degree or master’s degree in electrical, electronics, chemical, microelectronics, physics, chemistry, materials science, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant process engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of SPC and experience in a high-volume production environment.
- Knowledge of process engineering software systems and MES.
- Ability to identify, assess, and solve technical problems.
Nice to have
- Experience in a semiconductor foundry or similar industry.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work meticulously in a diverse environment.
